Step-by-step to ordering your Costumed Art Portrait

Pick a photo
Start by choosing the photo or photos of the people or pets you wish to have painted. Try choosing your best photos with good quality, light, and an angle in which the faces are plenty visible; we’ll make it a work of art!
Keep in mind that you can request a painting from one photo, or you can choose multiple photos to create one portrait painting.

Choose an costume
Head to Costumed Art, where you will choose your preferred theme - for example, Hobbies, Royalty, Jobs, or Film and TV characters. Then, based on the selected theme, you can choose from a wide array of costumes related to said theme. -
Background selection
Artwork signingOur custom portrait service allows our customers to choose what background they wish for their artwork. You can upload a custom background, keep the original, select a solid color or even have the artist choose the best option for your image. You can also request for the artist to sign your painting and for a video of your painting being created. -
Upload your pictures,
pick a size, and frameUpload the picture you wish to have painted, or upload multiple pictures to join into one painting. Then, select the size you want the final painting to be made in. If you want your painting framed, now is the time to choose the one you want! -
Payment
Our payment options are simple and easy! You can pay for your order with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, credit card, or even through a QR code! -
Digital draft and painting process
Your photos will be sent to our team of designers who will create a digital draft of your requests and transform your photos into the perfect image. After approving the digital draft, it will be sent to our team of professional painters.
Since all paintings are 100% handmade, our clients are able to see a picture of the painting before shipping and ask for as many modifications as needed.

Shipping
You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with your delivery tracking number, making it easy to track your order’s progress online. We work hard with several trusted shipping carriers to bring you free shipping. All paintings are sent with the necessary packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For non-stretched canvas, the orders are sent in a durable tube, and for framed or stretched paintings, they are sent in a protective box.
